In 2026, we celebrate 30 years of honouring the achievements and contributions of Black Canadians. This year’s theme, “Honouring Black Brilliance Across Generations – From Nation Builders to Tomorrow’s Visionaries” celebrates the leaders, changemakers, and communities shaping Canada past, present, and future.
February marks Indigenous Storytelling Month, honouring the winter tradition of sharing stories when snow covers the land.
These stories celebrate Indigenous culture, history, teachings, worldview, and language, and play an important role in learning and reflection.
Sask DLC's Choir Club is a welcoming online space where students in grades 4-9 from across Saskatchewan can connect through music. This choir is open to all experience levels and focuses on confidence, creativity, and community. Whether you love to sing or are just beginning, you belong here!
Kindergarten to Grade 12 students are invited to participate in Sask DLC's Mini Miracle Talent Show in support of Telemiracle.
Participation forms are due February 2 so start thinking about what talent you'd like to show!
Skills Canada Saskatchewan gives you the chance to showcase your talent in trades and technology by competing in areas like welding, mechanics, cooking, hairstyling, graphic design and coding and more.

Our Tourism courses give students meaningful opportunities to explore careers in Saskatchewan’s tourism industry. Through the Think Tourism event, students connect directly with leaders in food and beverage, accommodations, recreation and entertainment, and travel services.
